ABOUT THE PROJECT
The completed villas of plot number 2 set the example of the future development.

VIEW FROM THE VILLAS
The view to the sea wherever one may stand is unhindered and breathtaking. The orientation of the buildings towards east offers a splendid view to the sunrise above the Aegean Sea, the island of Spetses, the village of Poulithra and the superb diversity of landscape.
The view from the surrounding area of the pool is brilliant and one’s eye can see beyond the horizon while on the eastern side of the pool the waterfall, during swimming, gives you the impression that the pool is just an extension of the sea
